These two outstanding students have been recognized for their exceptional talent and creativity in the Florida Caribbean Cruise Association (FCCA) international essay competition. Competing against the best from the Caribbean, Central America, and the Continental U.S., they made us proud by showcasing the brilliance of our Virgin Islands students.
Their achievement not only brings honor to our Territory but also earned Lockhart K-8 School a $10,000 award! This is a testament to the power of hard work, dedication, and excellence within our public schools.
