First Lady Yolanda Bryan and local author Torehera Durand hosted more than 20 second graders from St. Croix's Juanita Gardine School for the Inaugural First Lady Easter Read-Aloud at Government House.
Second graders from all three islands saw and heard Torehera Durand read from her book, "How Anansi Spun Madras" (with illustrations by Eduardo Puba), followed by the First Lady's reading of "How to Catch the Easter Bunny."
After the readings the students received Easter goody-bags. A hopping good time was had by all!
