VIRGIN ISLANDS DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION ANNOUNCES ALL PUBLIC SCHOOLS OPEN ON TUESDAY, OCTOBER 31st

The Virgin Islands Department of Education announces that all public schools will open on Tuesday, October 31^st. Schools in the St. Croix District and the St. Thomas- St. John District will be open according to their school operational schedules.
