Juanita Gardine Elementary School holds a fun day for students on April 19 during Week of the Young Child celebrations.
The Virgin Islands Department of Education celebrated Week of the Young Child on April 16-21, 2017. The annual celebration is sponsored by the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) and celebrates early learning, young children, their teachers and families.
St. Croix schools celebrated its youngest learners, grades Kg-2nd, with a variety of activities, including fun days, career day and more.
