Darian Torrice-Hairston, LMSW, MACTerritorial Program DirectorDarian.Torrice@vide.vi

Darian has her Master's Degree in Clinical Social Work and Bachelor's Degree in Psychology. She is a rostered Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapist and Master Addictions Counselor. Prior to working in her capacity as Director for the PBIS program, Darian was a PBIS District Coach for St. Thomas/St. John, and a Mental Health Therapist in South Carolina.

Jason studies Psychology at the University of the Virgin Islands. Jason's background in customer relations and communication make him an asset to the PBIS team. His positive attitude and strong work ethic set him apart and bring joy to the PBIS team.

Shanah received her Bachelor's Degree in Human Services from Old Dominican University and is currently working on completing her Master's Degree in Counseling. Shanah's background in PBIS and work with advocacy shine through in her role as a PBIS coach. Shanah's dedication, kindness and willingness to support make her an integral member of the team.

Tawana has her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology providing her with numerous skills to support students and families across the territory. Tawana is also an esteemed member of the National Guard who believes in serving her community. Tawana's caring nature and enthusiasm to help others are ubiquitous in her work as a PBIS coach.

Vanessa received her Bachelor's Degree in Middle/Secondary Education, with a double Minor in English Literature, and English as a New Language, from Butler University. Previously, Vanessa taught high school on St. Thomas, where she honed her classroom management and leadership skills. Vanessa's classroom experience and zestful personality are essential to the PBIS team.
