To have an accurate accountability of all funds appropriated to the Department of Education; and to ensure that these funds are expended in accordance with local and federal laws, policies and procedures.

Functional Statement

This activity center administers all financial functions for the Department including accounts payable, reconciliations, and reimbursements.  It maintains official records on expenditures, account balances, and travel activity.  In addition, it acts as a resource to the territory’s schools and other activity centers by providing information on the availability of funds and other requirements.
