Through invitation of teacher Sean Malupa, BCB Middle School students enjoyed a one-of-a-kind culinary experience with the executive chef at local seafood hot spot, Cravin' Crabs Restaurant.
Students learned how to make ratatouille salmon with mashed potato, and were involved in prepping the ingredients as well as with the actual cooking. At the end of their hard work, the students also enjoyed feasting on the fruit of their labor.
This was the first time the students were involved in a cooking activity with a professional chef. From the looks of the dish, let's hope it won't be the last!
