In a nail-biting JV Boys Championship game held Tuesday, March 28, BCB Middle School was victorious with a 43-42 overtime win over Ivanna Eudora Kean High School (IEKHS).
The top scorers for BCB were K. Terry with 19 points and A. Phillips with 10 points; top scorers for IEKHS were J. Frett with 13 points and A. Dawson with 12 points.
IEKHS led at the half with a score of 23-19; the end of regulation score was tied at 40 a piece. BCB's K. Terry scored the game-winning 3 points in overtime, while J. Frett scored the 2 final points for IEKHS.
